Sinus infection blockage

I have a really bad sinus infection right now, and when I woke up this morning when I took a hot shower I felt my nose start to run so I would close one nostril at a time but left felt especially full so I snorted a bit and blew my left nostril and wapow! This hecken chinned of a blockage came out at mock 7
